Keith Monery

Psychosynthesis therapist and counselor

English speaking therapist

Keith works with individuals and couples. He trained as a therapist because he believes in people and their potential. Keith holds the context that in our suffering we can re-discover what is most precious to us. He takes a pragmatic approach, drawing on different theories and techniques, to meet each person’s individual needs.

He will help you look with fresh eyes at the stories that run your life and find more creative ways of re-telling them, leading to a deeper relationship with yourself and others.

It can feel awkward and a bit scary when first contacting a counsellor or psychotherapist, but most people do find the journey both revealing and rewarding.  If you think you´d like to work with Keith your next step would be to arrange a free initial session. That’s your chance to tell him what´s troubling you and to decide whether to continue.
