Gillian Harris

ICIP Certified Transpersonal Therapist for individuals, couples, and groups
English, Swedish, French, Dutch, and German-speaking therapist

Gillian is an experienced psychotherapist trained in indiICvidual, couple, and group therapy, with a strong background in experiential and relational work. She completed her therapeutic training in Canada over ten years ago—an intensive program that continues to inform her approach through its emphasis on emotional awareness, vulnerable authentic connection, and shared experience.

With more than 20 years of involvement in personal development and therapeutic settings, Gillian has assisted and facilitated residential courses across Stockholm, Ireland, England, and Canada. She has also led group therapy programs in Stockholm, creating supportive spaces where clients can explore relationships, recurring patterns, and inner obstacles. Furthermore, she works within an international school setting, where she teaches 11-week mindfulness courses to middle and high school students.

Gillian’s work is holistic and integrative, rooted in transpersonal psychotherapy and informed by Bowen family systems theory, Gestalt therapy, and cognitive and somatic approaches. She may incorporate mindfulness practices and guided meditations, as well as experiential methods such as body awareness, role-play, or guided imagery, tailoring each session to the needs of the individual, couple, or group.

Known for her warm, steady presence and clear therapeutic style, Gillian offers a grounded and supportive environment where clients can develop deeper self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more connected and authentic way of living.
